Raised80s hopes that you love your Experience Box, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your box arrives damaged, please contact us at boxshop@raised80s.com.  We are committed to your satisfaction and will work on a solution for your unique situation.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to the unique partnerships we have with our supply chain, and to maintain our mission to support small, local and diverse businesses in Canada, there are times when substitutions are unavoidable.  Contents of any box are subject substitutions and will be solely determined by Raised80s Inc.  All boxes are thoughtfully curated, so you can trust that these substitutions, while rare, are treated with the same thoughtfulness and value.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a substitution contact us a  boxshop@raised80s.com

 

SHIPPING

All Holiday BoxShop orders will begin shipping in December and we aim to have all boxes delivered prior to the holidays.

All Raised80s Inc Boxes Shop orders are shipped by Canada Post on a Regular Parcel service or with a comparable shipping solution. Estimated transit time listed by Province and Territory below.

  •  Delivery standards are measured from the next business day after order has been placed to the first delivery attempt. 
  • For all services, holiday and weekend orders are considered as being ordered on the following business day.
  • Boxes ordered after 5:00 EST are considered as being ordered on the next business day.
  • Delivery standards are subject to change without notice.
  • Delivery standards do not apply to redirected or returned items, or incorrectly addressed items.
  • Delivery standards apply but are not guaranteed for Regular Parcel items or items bearing a Return to Sender label.
  • Delivery standards are based on available transportation and, therefore, are subject to change without notice.

 

Although delivery standards are guaranteed for certain services , the guarantee may be modified during a peak period, or suspended due to causes beyond Canada Post’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume. COVID-19

Raised80s and our Industry Partners continue to have COVID-19 challenges that can result in unavoidable and unforeseen order delays, these include but are not limited to:

  • Supply chain interruptions, including back orders or products that are temporarily discontinued.
  • Service interruptions, including production slow down, and in some cases, facility closures due to COVID-19 Outbreaks.
  • Shipping / Freight delays due to carrier, warehouse and factory volumes, or a combination.
