SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to the unique partnerships we have with our supply chain and maintaining our mission to support small, local, and diverse businesses in Canada, there are times when substitutions are unavoidable. Contents of any box are subject substitutions and will be solely determined by Raised80s Inc. All boxes are thoughtfully curated, you can trust that these substitutions while rare are treated with the same thoughtfulness and value. SHIPPING
All Raised80s Inc Boxes Shop orders are shipped by Canada Post on a Regular Parcel service, and will be delivered on or before the day stated in the product description, or within the estimated transit time listed by Province and Territory below.
COVID-19
Raised80s and our Industry Partners continue to have COVID-19 challenges that can result in unavoidable and unforeseen order delays, these include but are not limited to;

Supply chain interruptions, including backorders or products that are temporarily discontinued.

Service interruptions, including production, slow down, and in some cases, facility closures due to COVID-19 Outbreaks.

Shipping / Freight delays due to carrier, warehouse, and factory volumes, or a combination.
